Maria and Matt | Kansas City Engagement Session at Boulevard Beer Hall

Matt works in our neighborhood, and we’ve been lucky enough to run into him on a regular basis when we’re out and about. When we found out he was getting married, it was like, “Game. On.” We couldn’t wait to meet Maria and find out more about their wedding plans. But first things first.

The history runs deep for these two. They first met around the age of 7 [yes, 7!], and have been together for a super long time. One of their favorite things to do is to hang out at home [definitely people after our own hearts], where they cook, watch movies, and go for walks around their neighborhood. They also love exploring new places to eat and drink around this great city of ours.

So, for their engagement session, it was fitting that we started off at their home for a few shots. And of course, their cat, Dash, had to get in on the action. In case you didn’t know, we’re HUGE fans of cats at engagement sessions. :) After that, we headed to their neighborhood coffee shop, One More Cup and finally downtown to Boulevard Beer Hall, one of their favorite spots to grab a drink. It was such a great day and made us even more excited for their wedding next spring!
