Brittain and Josh | Kansas City Engagement

One of our very favorite things is meeting new people and learning all about what makes them "them".  Where they come from, what they do, what their passions and dreams are...and just generally what makes them tick.  When we met Brittain and Josh, we learned all kinds of super fun things about them, and it is now our pleasure to introduce them to you!  These two are a wonderful example of following that advice that so many of us have heard: "Follow your heart"..."Do what you love and the money will follow"..."Do work that matters".  Whether it's supporting and empowering cause based companies, donating time, money and other resources to help refugees start a new life in the U.S., or helping to build homes for families in need, Brittain and Josh are doing some truly remarkable work.  Work that really DOES matter.  You can learn all about them and their stories at brittainkovac.com, hostelkc.com, and socialchangenation.com.  Maybe it will even inspire you to start doing some meaningful work of your own!  Just as with all of our engagement sessions, when we started planning this one, we talked to Brittain and Josh about what they love to do, where they love to hang out, and what "defines" them, as a couple.   We learned about their passion for travel, their love of cooking together, and even where they met for the very first time.  That table at Broadway Cafe will always hold a special place in their hearts.  And of course, who can forget about Walter?  He is the official Ambassador of Happiness at Hostel KC.  Can't you just feel the happiness...the cheerfulness...the pure unadulterated joy oozing out of that pretty little kitty face?  We totally can.  So, sit back, grab a cuppa joe and get to know these two a bit.  We promise it'll put a smile on your face.
