Rachel and Dustin | Kansas City Wedding at The Guild

Those who laugh together, stay together. And nobody laughs more than these two. Rachel and Dustin are obviously crazy, head over heels, in love with each other, and we were the lucky ducks who got to capture this day for them.

It was such a classic and beautiful event. Understated elegance, with just the right amount of quirky mixed in for good measure. Rachel and Dustin have a deep love for all things KC [of course they do...it's the best city in the world, after-all], and that local vibe was super strong on this awesome fall day. Getting ready at The Rieger, a gorgeous ceremony and reception at The Guild, Joe's KC BBQ for dinner, Dolce Bakery for dessert [with their beloved dog, Lucas, gracing the top of the cake], Carly Rae goody bags for the bridesmaids, and some of the most beautiful florals we have ever seen [by the lovely and talented Audrey Hatler of Beyond The Bloom]. And last but certainly not least, Tech N9ne's KCMO Anthem welcoming the bridal party into the reception.

Christine Darden planned and executed everything flawlessly, and it just couldn't have been more perfect. And that first kiss? Well, that's just pure magic, right there. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Roades. Don't ever stop laughing together.
