Tara and Steven | Kansas City Wedding

Tara and her family own Mélange Dance and Events in beautiful downtown Mission, KS. So we were thrilled when Tara and Steven made the quick walk down the sidewalk to our studio and met with us about documenting their wedding. The day started out with some very questionable weather and "Plan B" was being made in order to ensure that portraits could be taken, and that the gorgeous bride wouldn't end up in a soaking wet wedding dress. But somehow, at just the right moment, the clouds parted, the sun peeked out, and everything just fell into place! Don't you just love it when things like that happen? They officially became Mr. and Mrs. at one of our favorite little churches in Brookside, and then they headed to none other than Mélange for their reception. The food truck grub was out of this world, and with all the talented dancers in attendance, it was a night to be remembered. Tara and Steven, thank you for letting us be part of your celebration. It was truly an honor.
