Andrea and Drew | Kansas City Wedding

On October 2nd 2004, we shot our very first wedding. Weddings were never supposed to be part of the plan [honestly, we didn't want to touch them with a 10 foot pole], but sometimes life has other plans. That very first wedding, that changed it all, took place at the beautiful Scarritt Building in downtown Kansas City. After all these years, and hundreds and hundreds of weddings later, we haven't been back there for another wedding. Until now.

Enter Andrea and Drew. They said "I do" on September 9th 2017, and there couldn't have been a better couple to take us back to where it all began. This beautiful day began with preparations with their family and closest friends. They even had a super cute photographer in training helping us out. Maybe The Scarritt is where all successful wedding photographers begin their careers. Good luck, little guy!

Once everyone was ready, it was showtime. They said their vows at the wonderful Curé of Ars in Leawood, KS [thank you Father Storey for being so awesome!], and then it was off for some fun portraits around KC. The day wouldn't be complete without a stop at Gram & Dun for a cocktail before capping off the day back at the Scarritt for their reception.
