Kristen and Michael [and family] | Kansas City Engagement

These two families are in the process of joining together, so we spent some time with them recently to celebrate Kristen and Michael’s engagement.

They really wanted to highlight what a normal day at home is like for the 7 of them, so that’s where we started! They hung out and made breakfast together, the kids showed us their spaces, and everyone just had a great time. The dog and cat even got in on the action, since they too, are learning what it’s like to live together as one big happy family.

Then it was time to head out for some portraits! We ended up at Liberty Memorial because they wanted both urban shots and green space. Perfect!

The story behind how these two got together and fell in love is truly remarkable, and we are so excited to share it with you. But you’ll have to stay tuned for that. Their big day is in November, and we just can’t wait.
