Christine and Daren | Kansas City Wedding at Pennway Place | Studio Dan Meiners

Christine and Daren certainly made the most out of this crazy time, and they managed to pull off a beautiful wedding day.

We kicked things off at the new Lowes Kansas City Hotel, where the girls hung out and got ready for the big day. Meanwhile, Daren and his guys spent the afternoon at a downtown apartment taking it easy and doing all the guy things before quickly getting dressed and ready. :)

Most couples these days opt to do a first look [see each other before the ceremony]. Sometimes it’s because they’re trying to save time afterwards by doing photos first. And sometimes it’s simply because they’re super anxious and being able to see each and get a few hugs in helps to calm the nerves. But these two kept it old school and didn’t lay eyes on each other until Christine walked down the aisle. And it was lovely.

After a ceremony in the beautiful Pennyway Place at Studio Dan Meiners, we headed off with the wedding party for some photos around this great city of ours. Then it was time to head back to the venue for dinner and celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. Chesbrough!
