Mindy and Mark | Kansas City Wedding at Loch Lloyd

Mindy and Mark got engaged on December 21st, 2022 at Mindy's staff holiday party. Mindy had coordinated with Santa to make a surprise visit during the party and bring presents to all the staff and their kids. Little did Mindy know, Mark stealthily met with Santa the day before the party to deliver a very special gift. At the party, Mindy sat down and opened the small box, which contained a pair of socks with lobsters on them. The lobsters referenced a scene in their favorite show, Friends, where Ross and Rachel discover that they are each other's lobster. #iykyk Once she opened the box and shared what she had received, Mark explained the symbolism and then got down on one knee and proposed. For those of us who are old enough to remember watching new Friends episodes on actual television every Thursday night, can we get a collective “AWWWWWW!!!!”?

Anywho, fast forward to the fall of 2023 when these two lovebirds finally tied the knot. They had a lovely and intimate ceremony at their home [with their kids as attendants], and after a few portraits in the neighborhood, we headed to Loch Lloyd Country Club to celebrate the new Mr. and Mrs.. Short of a few rainstorms, it was the perfect day and we were so honored to be present to capture it all.
