Mullin Family | Kansas City Portrait Session

We first worked with Karla and Pat back in 2019 for their engagement session, and again in 2020 for their wedding. So we were thrilled when they reached out and said they wanted some updated family photos.

They asked if we could come to their house and just photograph them spending time together, as they normally do. . .with a few portraits sprinkled in. Um, yes and yes.

Day in the Life sessions [or normal day sessions. . .as some people refer to them] are our favorite way of documenting families. All of us experience those special occasions where photos are usually taken [weddings, holidays, birthdays, etc], but it’s the basic everyday days that are really the most special. That’s when everyone can just relax and be themselves, and being able to photograph those simple moments so you can remember them later is one of the best things in the world.
