I don’t even know where to start with these two [we just love them so much], so I guess we’ll just go all the way back to the beginning. Megan and Quenten met online in 2016, but never got around to setting up a date to meet in person. A year later, they randomly reconnected through Snapchat. Their conversations started with a lot of puns and turned into deep conversations in rhyme form. Of course.

"She was my kind of weird and I thought that was cool.” ~Quenten

Fast forward to 2018, and he finally decided to pop the question. He picked up the ring on a Wednesday and he couldn't wait to propose another day. So that night when she got home, “I waited for her to bring to dog in, paused Golden Girls, met her in the kitchen, got down on one knee and asked her to be my wife.” She said yes. Boom.

And “perfect” continued right into their wedding day. After primping, prepping, and playing cards, they walked down the aisle in the courtyard of The Guild. It’s one of our favorite spots in all of KC for a wedding. If someone forced us to pick out one single favorite thing from this day, it would have to be that they had their grandmas as their flower girls. That’s right. . .flower grandmas. It was such a beautiful and special way to include them in the ceremony, and those ladies had a blast!

At the reception there was lots of drinking, dancing, and more drinking, and Megan and Quenten ended the night under the twinkle lights in the rain. See? Perfect.

Mr. and Mrs. K. . .we are so incredibly thankful to have gotten to know you, and to have been part of your special day. We wish you decades of happiness, lots of giant big-headed babies, and many many episodes of Golden Girls. Sounds like the marriage will be perfect too. <3
