Katie and Pablo | Kansas City Engagement Session
We had a blast at Katie and Pablo’s engagement session recently, and these two have so much to celebrate!
They closed on their first house in December of 2020, and on the evening of the closing, their realtor was supposed to meet them there to give them the keys. So they both got ready at Pablo’s apartment and headed over to the house. When they arrived, Katie looked through the window and saw that there were a bunch of people standing in the living room. Confused, she walked through the front door to see that everyone was just looking at them while several people were recording on their phones. When she turned around to ask Pablo what was going on, she noticed that he had put on a mask that said, "Will you marry me?" After she said yes, he gave her a mask that said, "I said yes!" We are truly in awe of how creative our clients have gotten during the past two years with things like masks and gathering restrictions. All in the name of love!
In addition to purchasing a home together and planning a wedding, they are also expecting their first little one! So our first stop for their session had to be where it all began. We played with the doggies and got a few shots in the nursery and yard. After that, we headed out for some photos around the city, finishing things up at one of their favorite ice cream shops.
Katie and Pablo, we are so excited that you have invited us on this journey. We can’t wait to celebrate everything with you!
What’s your story? Tell us all about it!
