Hollis and Scott | Kansas City Wedding at The Grand Hall

A few months ago, we traveled to Illinois for Hollis and Scott’s engagement session. But this time they made the trek back here to KC for their big day.

Everything went down at The Grand Hall, which is one of our favorite venues in KC. The guys and gals got ready, and after a couple drinks at The Drum Room, they had their first look on the rooftop. One of our favorite things about downtown weddings is that we can just walk out the door and have tons of great spots for photos right at our fingertips.

When wedding party portraits were complete, we headed back to venue for the ceremony, which wouldn’t have been complete without a few tears. The crying didn’t last for long though, because as soon as they were officially Mr. and Mrs., the celebration commenced. And even though their favorite cat, Ron, couldn’t be there to party with them, he was there in spirit [under everyone’s drinks].

Hollis and Scott, thank you for bringing us out to your home to document your engagement session and for graciously letting us be part of your wedding day. The whole experience has been nothing short of wonderful. We send you off into the next chapter with wishes for many years of love and happiness!!
